About Sheena
I’m a certified life coach, marketing leader, and speaker based in New York City. I help people recognize what they bring to work, build confidence in how they show up, and take steps toward the career they want.
In my day job, I lead growth at Condé Nast. Outside of work, I coach, speak, and mentor.

A few years ago, I loved my job. I loved the work, but I wanted more purpose in my life. At the time, I didn’t know that was what I was looking for.
During COVID, I started listening to more personal development content and meditating while I was at home. It all sounded good, but I wasn’t taking much action.
Then I saw an image on Instagram that said:
“Passion is for you. Purpose is for others. Find what lights you up and use that to help others.”
It lit a fire in me. I started thinking about the things I loved: marketing, leading a team, speaking about confidence, mentoring, traveling, and spending time with my family. I asked myself how I could use those interests to help other people.
I decided I wanted to build the skills to do that well, so I enrolled in the Jay Shetty Certification School to become a life coach. It has been one of the best decisions of my life. I’ve coached more than 200 people, and the work gives me a sense of purpose I didn’t know I was looking for. It’s an honor to help people recognize what they’re capable of and take action.
One-on-one
In one-on-one coaching, I help people get clear on what they want, recognize their strengths, and take specific steps to grow their careers.
That might mean becoming more promotable, building visibility, creating a personal brand, exploring a new role or direction, or making a plan for a side hustle. My coaching uses the Three Sees to look at how you see yourself, how others see you, and where you want to go next.

Talks & workshops
I speak and lead interactive workshops about personal branding at work, confidence, visibility, and career growth. I want people to leave with a better understanding of the reputation they’re building and practical ideas they can use in their careers.
My workshops often draw on my Three Sees framework:
How you see yourself
How others see you
How you see your future
I’ve spoken for Digital Summit, Product Marketing Alliance, INMA, Sky Society, Gather, and Marketing Happy Hour.

I studied abroad in Florence and used to see incredible art on my lunch break. I minored in art and still love going to the Met.
Travel is important to me, and I make a point of prioritizing it. Japan and Kenya are two of my favorite places. I loved the contrast between Kyoto and Tokyo. In Kenya, I loved the people I met and going on safari.
I’m an Iranian Jew and the daughter of immigrants. I speak Farsi, along with conversational Italian and Spanish.
I love Bad Bunny. He’s been my top Spotify artist every year since 2018. When they announced he was doing the Super Bowl halftime show, about 60 people texted me.
I went to sailing school for four summers when I was younger.
In high school, I thought I’d become a science researcher. I spent four years in a research program, including two summers at Mount Sinai working with a cardiovascular researcher. I ended up in marketing, but I still approach a lot of my work by asking questions and testing ideas.
I’m involved in my synagogue and the marketing community, and I love spending time with my family.
I did past-life regression therapy and experienced four of my past lives!
I’ve been on a glacier hike in Iceland, where they shot Game of Thrones.

Whether you’re interested in coaching or want to bring me in to speak, I’d love to hear from you.
